Reasons I'd re-apply: Haas likely has better placement into West Coast mgmt consulting offices, higher rank, great culture and community, and Berkeley location!

Fair enough...Ross has pretty good consulting recruiting as well but obviously Berkeley should allow for better west coast placement opportunities. I tend to recommend living with no regrets so if you feel you will regret the chance to POTENTIALLY get into Haas then you know what you need to do. Good Luck!

Currently on the WL at Haas. I agree with "no regrets"! (Only concern is that I'll be 30 this year).

1 year of your lifetime is a lot. Would you be willing to put in more work during your MBA program to eliminate the disadvantage in order to save one year of your life?

I know I would.

haas is just more of a crapshoot than other schools given the tiny class size. what is your profile / are you competitive for other top 9 schools if you reapply next year?

Schools should be sending those final WL notification soon so hopefully you will here back and can get an answer. 30 or 31 will probably not make a huge difference to admission now whether it will be a big deal to you is another story
