Hi all,
I have been admitted to the Masters in Financial Analysis (MFA) at LBS, and wanted to have your opinion on the impact of Brexit on LBS's reputation and on the job prospects in London.
Do you guys think LBS will lose some of its reputation as if fails to attract the best students who might be scared off by Brexit, and do you think it will be harder to find a job in IB/PE/Asset Management in London (and to some extent, will salaries become less competitive? Although that is not my primary motivation in the short-run).
From reading the existing topics on LBS vs HEC etc., I understand that the vast majority would recommend LBS over French Business School because of the brand recognition. But with Brexit, do you think it would be more strategic to study in France, which is likely going to attract a lot of financial jobst? (I am French so no problem with the language).
To summarize, LBS is my top choice essentially because I would like to work in London (or the US) after I graduate, but if I can't find a job there and have to go back to Paris as it became super attractive, then I believe French BS would be far better. The question is, do you guys think this can happen?
Thank you in advance !
