Congrats on your Admits to Ross EMBA and McCombs EMBA
Ross is definitely the more national brand and a larger program (FT that is at least) so that answers your first question.
I am not sure that either program will actively help you find a job - usually EMBAs are designed for execs and those who are looking to transitoin from mid to senior management and thus don't need recruiting help per se. So I would not expect to be invited to job fairs, career services, etc - unless you know that you will be (would ask some of the students or adcom). I know Kellogg is very inclusive of their PT and EMBA students in the on campus recruiting events but i believe they are the only program with such friendly policy.
While Ross may be a stronger national brand, commuting to Ross will be much more involved and costlier (you can probably tax deduct travel but I would still check with accountant). Your network with McCombs would be in/around Austin/Texas and more likely to result into a strong relationship and network that is more likely to lead to a new job opportunity from one of your classmates. Food for thought.
