Vanessa, I think it depends on your own goals, geographic and network wise, and what elements are more important to you in the program. Chicago's EMBA program in HK is a satellite, part-time program in one building for professionals who can't/don't want to leave their current jobs due to a variety of good reasons, and MIT Sloan Fellows is an immersive and intensive, one-year program for programs nestled against the greater MIT school in Boston. Your cohort is also very different, and you can request class profiles from both programs, as well as reach out, they're both very willing to talk.
Disclaimer, I'm also deciding between MITSF and an EMBA program (Haas). I also ultimately decided not to apply to Booth's program in HK after a few information sessions and speaking to current students and alumni.
