I am thinking about to enter either HEC Master program in Sustainability and Social Innovation or ESMT Berlin Master in Management / Innovative Management track next year (September 2019). There are several reasons why I am thinking about these programs: 1) I want to choose the program which will concentrate on creative and innovate approaches towards business as well as will be based on qualitative and networking-based path of education; 2) Despite the fact that I am working as a staff-consultant-economist, currently I am facing with some difficulties in getting good score in GMAT (due to time restrictions and my laziness). So, I prefer these programs which will not require GMAT.
Why did I choose exactly these universities? HEC Paris - due to its brand recognition, interesting program structure and working opportunities. ESMT Berlin - due to its approach aiming at innovative technologies and location (my German is OK, while I do not know French at all).
Sorry for such a long introduction to the main question...
Based on this info, I just want to know about your suggestions of my potential future employment in these countries. From the one side (France), HEC Paris provides outstanding career opportunities (from what I know), however, I do not know French, and this can be a decive point after graduation. From the other side (Germany), knowing German, I wil have less options to choose from, graduating from ESMT. There is also an option to think about other options from other countries of Europe, but I think they will better hire the students, who gratuated from local universities rather than from the universties abroad and language barrier will be a problem again.
To extract the main idea: Two options, know german/russian (if we take into account opportunities in Europe), want to study at HEC more, but thinking about future opportunities.
Sorry, maybe I somewhow misrepresented the purpose of the message but just want to your views on these programs and overall future opportunities not only in the host country. Thanks.
