I'm struggling to come to a decision. I'm contemplating SMU part time MBA vs. UT Austin in Dallas part time MBA. Please note this is not UTD but rather UT Austin's satellite campus in Dallas.
Cost:
UT Austin 113k
SMU 95K
Although it's not certain, I project that the final cost after reimbursement and scholarships to be:
Adjusted Cost:
UT Austin 63K
SMU 35K
I'm currently a Data Scientist and am looking to position myself in business intelligence/strategy in the near future and then open my own data analytics consulting firm in ~10 years.
I've attended multiple sessions for both and although I love UT (my undergrad) I want to make sure I'm making a good decision.

Congrats on admission to both programs.
UT Austin is best business school in Texas.
Period.
Since they are your undergraduate school, I will assume you are aware of that.
Here we are talking about initial around $30k difference in cost/investment.
It is no surprise that rankings agree with me, McCombs is on high 7. place nationally in US, for part time MBA:

It is easy choice, go to McCombs, I certainly would, those ~~ $30k difference in investment will worth it
