Harvard MPH in health management vs Top 10 MBA, which one is better for MD who is seeking entrepreneurship in healthcare startup and VC ? I’ve been accepted from Harvard school of public health and MBA programs in around 10th in ranking

All things being equal, this is a no brainer for me to choose the top 10 MBA if your career goal "is seeking entrepreneurship in healthcare startup and VC". Then again a lot of factors come into play -- scholarships, whether you are an international student who seeks to work in the USA after school. More details are needed to make a complete judgment.

Harvard MPH looks good on your CV but does not really hold water in the real world in terms of job opportunities in my opinion. Top 10 MBAs in the US are highly sorted after and are better for getting a job and staying in the US after school. Declining an offer from Harvard can be daunting but as an international student, you need to be pragmatic in your decision making. As an international healthcare professional who is trying to get into a top MBA, this would have been an easy decision for me. Anyway, take my opinion with a pinch of salt I'm not an expert.

I don't think Harvard MPH alone will help you (almost) at all in Healthcare entrepreneurship.
