Hi guys,
I had only applied to Kelley this year as my work experience was quite less and was planning on reapplying for 2020 admissions to the top-tiers.
Surprisingly, I got an admit from Kelley with full ride scholarship and I'm not sure how to proceed now as this looks like a good opportunity few people get.
However, I keep wondering if I should drop the scholarship and reapply?
How good is Kelley as a B-school and for marketing?

You cannot post like this without providing details of your profile and expect from people to answer you about possible reapplying.
On the other hand, seems like Kelley is quite strong in Marketing it is on high 11. place nationally by US News rankings :

I would agree with you that this is very good and rare opportunity, that only few lucky people get it, and my advice would be to take it !
Furthermore, Kelly is ranked on 17. place globally by Economist :

Especially interested rankings is Best professor rankings, that is based on MBA student ratings of their professors’ teaching abilities, integration of new business trends in the curricula, and intellectual level of their classmate’s contributions in class discussions, provided by Princeton Review and Kelley is on high 7. place :

First of all, congratulations!!! you've made it to a top b-School in the world. Now is a good time to relax and unwind a little bit and go out party with your friends and catch up on all the actions that you missed while preparing for the GMAT.
Secondly, i totally agree with billionaire here. You need to provide more insights when you're seeking some advice.
For example, if your end goal is to work for VC then may be Kelley is not the best choice but if you want to see yourself in Brand Marketing then top choice.
So share some more details and we're happy to help you make the right choice.
