I'm looking for opinions from past and current students about the LSE GMIM. I think it's a great course, but I'm a bit worried that it might be too theoretically driven. I would really appreciate it if someone answered me the following questions :
1. What was your experience there? Do you think the program gave you the practical toolset to succeed in the professional world?
2. How helpful is the LSE brand to get your foot through the door during job interviews? Especially in the tech sector.
3. What is the starting salary a graduate from the course is likely to expect? They provide info about median salary, but I'm not sure what's the disparity in that survey..
4. Do you think traditional B schools have the edge over LSE? Especially in terms of Management education and the content they teach?
Please guys, I need to make the call very soon, and it's kinda urgent I get an objective opinion on this course. I can't find a lot of student opinions online, especially about the masters program..
