Hi - I have an admit from IIM-A PGPX already, and had a decent interview with ISB PGP Team so I am, for now, hopeful of converting that too. But I am thoroughly confused which one to pick. I have 5 years of experience in brand marketing and communication domain with really good brands on my CV.
I am inclined towards IIM-A because it is a stronger programme and brand. But I am not sure if IIM-A PGPX graduates end up in this domain. If I am one of the few in the batch who want this profile, will the Placement Team help me? I know it is a student-driven process, but what is the general trend? Are people with such profiles able to land appropriate roles, and do not-so-common profiles get Placement Team's attention? Or are they likely to push you towards the bulk to get the placement done somehow.
On the other hand, ISB is a great school but the batch size and competition with hundreds over each profile makes me nervous. But it seems like a programme that generates alumni working in this domain.
Any idea which school would be more suited for me? Please advise.
Thanks!
