I voted for CBS because that's where I'm going even though I am not in finance at all. So I'm obviously biased.
CBS is in a busy city when Kellogg is a but further from Chicago's lights, so this influences the community feel.
I find alumni responsive, but I haven't contacted that many either.
For real estate, I'd imagine that in semester internships could be valuable, but that depend on what type of experiences you're after.
Finally, with CBS you are able to make the programme you want, so even if great electives are available in finance, there are plenty in other areas as well.
So to me it comes down to city vs outside of the city.
From reading you, it feels you'd prefer Kellogg.
Either way, both are great and you can't go wrong.
