A lot of people I see are voting for Kellogg and I would assume it is because Kellogg is ranked higher than CBS. However, CBS has arguably one of the best networks for real estate development and you are in the heart of what may be one of the most booming real estate development cities in the world. I am not really sure how anyone could vote for Kellogg when taking the facts into account.
