I am confused on which MBA program to choose. I am an international applicant and my target industry is consulting/general management (might change).

1. Haslam ranked 46 in US News
2. Maryland (Smith) ranked 44
3. Carroll ranked 48

Since each program has different advantages I am confused on which to attend.

Haslam pros.

1. Haslam comes with 80% scholarship (only 14K I need to pay) making it very affordable for me.
2. 16 months program

Maryland Pros.

1. Better reputation I think.
2.Location is also way better than Haslam.
But received 60% scholarship making it expensive than Haslam (also living cost), need to pay nearly 50K as tuition.

Carroll pros.

1. Really loved the location but after scholarship I have to pay nearly 70K for 2 years.

Please help me with your kind thoughts.

I'm with BB ... sorta.

I voted for Smith. Possibly the two links in my signature block below will help decide.

... but ... I'd got back to all three, tell them you're struggling with your final decision and ask them if they can bump up your scholarship to help make the decision easier. If any of them move their needle significantly (and the others don't), you'll have your answer.

So, back to the reason I picked Smith ... if you want to get into consulting, you'll have a better chance networking your way into a consulting firm if you're going to school closer to where more consultants have offices. Smith is closer to lots of consultants than Knoxville, TN.

BUT ... in every regard, you'll be well served if you start networking your way into your internship NOW.

Good luck!
