I am super thrilled to be accepted into both the programs! When I started this application journey, NUS was my clear priority. But I have been thoroughly impressed with the HKUST admissions team. They have always been available and gave me clear career guidance (even before I accepted the offer)
I am from the financial services space but I am looking to move into management & strategy consulting post MBA. I have an option to take a sabbatical from my company and I do want to return to India in a couple of years even if I don't take the sabbatical option. I also have $10000 scholarship from HKUST and I still have to hear back from NUS but that's not really a deciding factor.
What do you guys think? From post MBA goals and overall experience perspective.

Also I am moving your topic to the correct sub forum.
Hong Kong is a fantastic city. However, I am not 100% certain that you would be able to find a job in Hong Kong after graduating. There’s definitely a good contingent of Indian population in Hong Kong but for most jobs you would be required to speak either Mandarin or Cantonese, Cantonese strongly preferred. Even for basic living, you will still often run into people who do not speak English. I would check with the current international students to see how they feel about recruiting. Most of them end up recruiting elsewhere in Southeast Asia. At the same time there are some great aspects to the HKUST program. The whole exchange element of it when all second year students leave during the first semester to attend a partner business school. That is a pretty awesome future though it does hamper for some of the recruiting opportunities. If you were coming back to your employer after school, HkeyUST would be an awesome option. I would recommend connecting with current students and understanding your job opportunities. I feel it may be an easier transition in Singapore...
