Congratulations on your admits.
I have also heard from LBS folks that London is in the rough shape between Brexit and coronavirus lockdown’s. I’m not sure that it means it will remain so by the time you graduate but it’s definitely a concern at the moment for many graduates looking for jobs and internships.
Higher schools always provide more opportunities for recruiting but the amount of effort you would require to convert one of those would be the same no matter where you came from or which school you graduated from. So if you go to Lorraine school maybe you get only one opportunity but if you go to hiring schools you may get five or 10. But greater chances are not a guarantee of success...
I think you really need to figure out where are you want to be in the long term sense London is far away from Singapore. I would also consider the work permit environment and how easy or hard it is to get one out of the school and also how long it’s valid for and how hard it is to get permanent residency after that.
PS. Singapore has been a financial hub for a long time. I haven’t heard of it being any different today than it was 20 years ago perhaps. But I also have not been tracking at the following it so I can’t comment on Singapore’s economy.
Trying to predict what will happen in the year two is really hard. I think Singapore has done a better job with handling the pandemic and it’s better poised to survive it but with the vaccinations available, hopefully pandemic concerns will not be an issue next year when you’ll be graduating.
I would also encourage you to look at your personal network and see where you have more connections. If you have an old friend or a relative of somebody in London, then it’s pretty helpful and likewise for Singapore. If you’re landing there and know nobody, it’s a tougher situation. You’ll have to build your network from zero which is tricky.
