You are right in suggesting employment report is a more valid criterion for making a decision on selecting the school. But indeed the acceptance rate of the incoming class of 2021 for the MSBA program is 5% (I've attached a screenshot below).
Keeping that aside for now, I'm reviewing the schools based on on the following criteria:
1) Brand value
Simon beats Questrom in this
2) Employability
Simon: 96% accepting employment within 6 months of graduation with a mean base salary of 68k.
Questrom: No stat available
3) Networking opportunities:
On campus networking opportunities, Simon is better
Off campus, Questrom without a doubt, because of the location.
4) Course Content:
Simon: Beginner friendly, slightly relaxed when compared to the MSBA at Questrom.
Questrom: A lot of technical subjects in the coursework.
5) Student Experience: Simon beats Questrom
PS: Profiles of the incoming class of 2020 are relatively more impressive at Questrom.
