I've received admits for the Master in Business Analytics program From Simon Business School and Boston University. I'm a recent college graduate with a bachelor's degree in commerce with about 3 months of internship experience as a marketing analyst in an MNC (Digital Marketing Company). Can someone help me decide between selecting these schools. I've got to submit my decision and pay the enrolment deposit in a week's time.
If I have to make my decision based on the following factors (which matter from most to least for me personally):
1) Brand value
2) Employability
3) Networking opportunities and alumni
4) Course Content
5) Student Experience
6) Atmosphere, location and Climate
It's slightly tricky when I've to choose between BU and Simon because, in terms of university rankings: BU tops UR, in terms of Business School rankings: Simon is better than Questrom. There is an interesting stat on the Questrom's website, which says that over 1600 applications were received for the MSBA's class of 2020 and only 80 were selected, that is just a 5% acceptance rate.
If I have to make my decision based on the following factors (which matter from most to least for me personally):

2) Employability
3) Networking opportunities and alumni
4) Course Content
5) Student Experience
6) Atmosphere, location and Climate

That's interesting stat indeed. That would make Questrom more selective than Stanford which had a 9% acceptance rate... it seems indeed something does not add up - either it is 160 or perhaps applicants were not required to do much more than submit personal information. Anyway....
The reality of the masters recruiting is that you are applying for brand new jobs out of school and all you have to show are your grades... so it is critical to make sure your program of choice has a strong on-campus recruiting. I would focus a lot more on employment reports than acceptance perhaps to get a sense of how many people had jobs before graduation (if they provide that information) for the 2019 year even (that's more reasonable with pre-pandemic reality).
I think the list of evaluation criteria that you built is smart. I would say you are spot on in terms of priorities.
I believe both programs are STEM certified but you want to check that as well just in case
Finally, you are probably better being in Boston rather than in Rochester. The only happening thing in Rochester is Kodak which has been having a hard time for the past 10 years. Otherwise, it is long recruiting car rides to New York. Being in Boston is likely going to be more helpful for your networking and other opportunities as well as community but it will likely be costlier...

You are right in suggesting employment report is a more valid criterion for making a decision on selecting the school. But indeed the acceptance rate of the incoming class of 2021 for the MSBA program is 5% (I've attached a screenshot below).
Keeping that aside for now, I'm reviewing the schools based on on the following criteria:
1) Brand value
Simon beats Questrom in this
2) Employability
Simon: 96% accepting employment within 6 months of graduation with a mean base salary of 68k.
Questrom: No stat available
3) Networking opportunities:
On campus networking opportunities, Simon is better
Off campus, Questrom without a doubt, because of the location.
4) Course Content:
Simon: Beginner friendly, slightly relaxed when compared to the MSBA at Questrom.
Questrom: A lot of technical subjects in the coursework.
5) Student Experience: Simon beats Questrom
PS: Profiles of the incoming class of 2020 are relatively more impressive at Questrom.
