Which of these two schools would be a better option for an international student?
GT Scheller- Full GRA (Full tuition waived + monthly stipend)
- Adcom and current students mentioned that Scheller is expecting STEM designation by March (They said, Approval is pending with Homeland Security). Personally, I do not know how much to rely on this information.
- As per employment report, Scheller seems to be sending more people to Tech than Goizueta. However, on an overall level Goizueta has better placement stats.
Emory Goizueta- Scholarship to the amount of 65% of tuition costs
- Has an existing STEM designated Business Analysis track
- Employment report shows strong outcomes for Consulting and Finance but less for Tech and Product Management (only 2%)
Please do share any pros and cons that you may know for each school, or if there are any additional data points that I should look at.
As an international student, if I am unable to continue working in the US after 3 years post graduation, and I have to look for opportunities in other geographies - would the reputation of the school/parent university matter more? Or will my work experience for those 3 years be given more emphasis?
