I'd contact the three WL schools and tell them about your situation and ask them if they anticipate being able to give you and answer prior to you needing to answer WashU or Simon.

If you only have those two options, I'd take Wash U ... IMO ... a better fit for your career and a much better financial situation. Besides, St. Louis is better than Rochester.

WL at Tuck, Johnson, and Emory, should hopefully convert in the R2. I would urge you to get an amazing awesome update (get customers to write you some cool letters, get people to perhaps write you recommendations on LinkedIN, see if your boss can get you a mini-promotion, possibly get a job offer as the last desperate measure and tell the school you got this awesome senior amazing offer but you are willing to forego it to join their class) and hopefully one of these will convert. Hopefully Tuck since it is the strongest for consulting.

Your best best is going all the way in on the WL.

satya23bh can weigh in on Olin.

Thank you BB for your insightful answer. I did join PwC as Manager in September. So I will show that for sure to WL schools. Also, I can mention that I rebooted my foodstartup which was shut down in June 2021.

Do you think I should defer the admit and re-apply next year if WL doesn't convert?

If your WL does not convert, and you are able to defer the admit, I would very definitely consider it.
It is nice to have a free MBA but Consulting recruiting is so much easier in the feeder schools. It is a standardized process vs. trying to do it on your own.
At the same time, you have to think, would you prefer tuck at full price vs. Olin with full Ride? That's the big question! Sometimes people work really hard to get somewhere (e.g. get Tuck admit) only to realize it is too expensive and have buyer's remorse so think through it ahead of time.
