B.Tech Electronics and Communications 2013 pass out (Tier -2 India)
Deloitte Consulting - 2014 to 2021 Started off as BTA left as Senior consultant
Salesforce - last 6 months Associate Product Manager
Undergrad GPA - 8.02/10, GRE - 326, IELTS - yet to give
Pros for Rotman : Location, 2Y program allows internships
Cons for Rotman : Younger cohort, HCOL
Pros for Ivey: Lower opportunity costs, Less duration of the program
Cons : No internship - might be a disadvantage as I'm on the higher end of work experience, Location
Post MBA aspirations - Get into FinTech/PM. Stay away from Consulting and consider it only if there are no other options left.
My 2 cents : I found the adcom and alumnis of both the schools to be equally cooperative.
Ivey's adcom has a personalized approach in terms of communicating news (huge plus for me). However, not sure if the same will be applied during recruitment.
Rotman's location is a huge bonus in terms of quickly reaching out to recruitment folks in person. However, Ivey being in London would require travel to Toronto/virtual connects with recruiters.
It would be immensely helpful if Rotman/Ivey grads can give their opinions on the best fit according to my background.

Congrats on your admits!
I feel a bit opposite about the age/internship. Usually more experienced folks do not need an internship, esp if you have a strong brand such as Salesforce and Deloitte on your resume. There should not be a need for an internship frankly. You should have an advantage in Canada with your resume and work experience history so I would not hesitate choosing Ivey and shortening your school time and putting all your effort into recruiting for the job vs. Internship. The only reason I would pick Rotman is if you wanted to get a bit of a breather and take it easy for a year and chill and figure out what you want to do with a safety of an internship but it seems you already know what you want and don't want to do, so skipping an internship is not bad per se.
P.S. Canadian recruiters are very focused on work experience and don't put as much weight on the MBA itself so you are well positioned here vs. younger grads or those without brand names on the resume.
