Lucky enough to have been accepted at 100% tuition at both these programs. My short-term goal is MBB, long-term no clue, also location agnostic but leaning towards cities outside of Chicago/NYC/Boston.
Just wondering what others would do in my position
Posted from my mobile deviceWow. That's awesome! Congratulations on your admits!
MBB recruits well from both of these programs and I don't think it matters to the recruiters where you attended - both schools have well trodden paths to MBB's....
I don't see a clear winner per se in this situation

You are not giving a whole lot to work with here...

I can get into the living situation and some of the commuting items related to Booth but I heard a lot of good things about living downtown Chicago and commuting from there. I am sure Sloan has its communities too around Boston.
Maybe
sc2226 can chime in a bit about Sloan and consulting recruiting but I feel it would be on par with Booth. It is about you rather than school.
There are people who love Chicago and those who love Boston and those who love Palo Alto....
P.S. I would not base your decision on the Admitted student weekend since it is a staged event and you don't actually know who will attend. Also you are interacting with AdCom in many places and instances and I would not base your evaluation of the program based on the AdCom since you will never see them again after the admit weekend really....
PPS. Personally, being an international person, MIT has stronger brand recognition than Booth or University of Chicago so it would easier for me to tell my Uncle and friends about it who are not MBA focused but I am not sure if I should let my uncle's knowledge of top MBA programs decide where I attend either

I am with you in this tricky situation. Nothing what you said really would make me pick one or another program really besides secondary considerations.
