Amongst the B-schools you have listed, imo, Kelley is a good choice (probably the best). While you mentioned "Kelley would cost roughly only 20k more to attend", keep in mind the following:
- Low cost of staying in Bloomington
- Opportunities to recoup some of the expenses while working as a GA (you get one easily as part of Indiana Uni)
- Checking with Kelley Admissions in case they are willing to bump up your scholarship, considering you have other admits
- I would not give the GMAT again because your GPA gives a good anchor point to evaluate your academic potential. However, if you can get a 20 point increase in the score, you can request the Kelley Admissions to increase your scholarship
I cant say for Finance (as I am not doing it), but Business Analytics and Marketing concentrations at Kelley are fairly high ranked and good. You might want to speak with current Kelley students for the Finance part:
