I have secured admit from both and need some help in making the decision.
Asian background with consulting experience. Wish to move outside Asia and continue in consulting. Language is not a barrier.

It’s great you are coming from consulting background. Recruiting is much easier in this case.
Most folks in Europe end up recruiting in London. Language is one reason but bigger offices is another.
Both programs place well into consulting though I do hear a number of grads come back to their home countries. Not sure that I see the employment reports reflecting it but you should be able to get a good idea from 2nd year students… it would be really helpful to get in touch with a few of them and start building your network. By the time you graduate they will be already working in consulting so engaging as many as you can would be very helpful not only for this exercise but also for a much later future…

When you say language is not a barrier- do you mean you're planning to learn either French or Spanish, or do you already know them, or you would eventually move to English speaking countries?
Whatever the case is- the market in general isn't good right now. So if you wish to choose consulting as your post MBA goal, I'd suggest choose the school which has more number of graduates entering consulting after school. Learning a local language can be advantageous because there's a requirement in the local offices (Spanish for Spain, and South America; French for France; Italian for Italy, etc.). The English speaking countries are highly competitive. Things could change by the time you graduate though. HEC is a good option if you feel you can manage and get a job. But if you can afford IESE and do not want to explore other career paths, choose that over HEC (of course after speaking with IESE students).
