Congratulations on your admits!
I feel the coursework is not going to be a big driver for your success. Your employer is not going to look at your transcript or ask you which classes you took. The classes and electives are more for you to enjoy yourself and occupy while you stress about looking for a job.
Stern does have more focus on Media & Entertainment though on a raw number of students, CBS and Stern place the same number of people. Columbia is 2x the size (600's vs. 300's). The key however is pathways into companies and the research you have done. If you are seeing Stern alums within the companies you are interested in, it is very helpful. I would even reach out to them now while you are deciding on the schools - let them help you and be involved in the process somewhat so they have ownership in the decision (you can leverage it later in a year when you are needing referrals for an internship or a job). Even if you made up your mind, still reach out to a few from Stern and Columbia and get a sense of what kind of support you can count on down the road as Entertainment jobs tend to be heavily referral based and relationship-driven. (not sure what specifically you are focusing on though).
In terms of the MBA brand value - the power of it diminishes after graduation and with every day it grows weaker. 10 years later, nobody will even care where you went for your MBA. Your career will define where you will be. Most resumes will be selected by machines anyway based on how other machines wrote them so I would not pick a school for the "future" so to speak. However, in my experience, having a strong local brand such as Columbia is powerful as everyone in NYC likely has a niece who went there or dreams of going there, so it is a strong anchor point.
Tricky choice. I am hoping the alum linked in messages can help you get a better sense of what the communities are like and what kind of support you will get during and right after graduation (you will need to use these things). Others such as classes, reputation, etc, etc are nice to haves.
