Hello good people,
I find myself at a crossroads, tasked with choosing between three esteemed business schools: Foster BS ($$), McCombs BS, and McDonough BS ($).
Background:
I come from a background in Finance and Consulting, particularly in the realms of Healthcare and Life Sciences.
Goal:
However, I'm eager to transition into roles centered around Project Management, PMM, strategy, or other related corporate positions. Ideally, I'd like to delve into the tech industry, though if my current background doesn't facilitate this shift, I'm open to focusing on Healthcare or pursuing a path in management consulting with the intention of pivoting later.
As an international student, I haven't had the chance to explore any of the cities where these schools are located. Also, although money is not super tight (do not have to visit a bank), I do value it
I would be immensely grateful for any insights or advice you may have to offer. With limited connections to discuss these matters, your input would be incredibly valuable to me.

Hi. If you want to transition to technology, the combination of a scholarship and prime location in Seattle, makes foster the best choice out of the three.
Moreover, healthcare is a fairly niche recruiting space with most business schools sending maybe 5% at most of their class and most of them sending just two or three. Since neither of these programs is focused on healthcare, I think you would have similar chances wherever you go. The only downside to being in Seattle is going to be higher cost-of-living but the scholarship money should help offset that.
That would be my recommendation. If you are focused and willing to pursue your goal in tech, you should be able to find a job and tech out of Foster. Anyone you meet in Seattle works in tech so you just need to make sure you have clear goals and you start doing Informational interviews this month to get extreme focus on the area you want to recruit in because tech is very vast and you need to have clarity to sound believable 😂😇
