I have been admitted into Fuqua with no scholarship in the early action round and into Darden with a 33% scholarship($56000) in the early action (non-binding).
Post MBA target is the MBB consulting. I am in dilemma whether Fuqua will match this scholarship and if it doesn't (due to early action) I will be in a tight corner as I come from a middle-low income background.
How should I proceed, I am not fixated on any particular school, and also I do not want to lose the scholarship.

Congratulations on your admits!
Darden and Fuqua have pretty close placement stats for Consulting placement and usually the school's reputation has a lesser impact on your chances of being chosen. I believe both Darden and Fuqua have OCR's with officers on campus.
I would guess/say the main difference will be case study method and whether you want it or try to avoid it.
In terms of scholarship, you can absolutely negotiate it all the way till April (though chances of doing it now are significantly BETTER than in April) so you can check with Fuqua if they can kick something in with the Darden offer. You can also come back in Dec/Jan when you get an admit from Ross with 50% scholarship and check again for example though I would say there are limits on how many times you can go back.
