Hi,
I am a 24 year old who is considering applying to ISB under EEO in round 3. I am aware that the programme is targeted at fresh graduates (and I am clearly not one), even though there is no age specification mentioned in the brochure.
I have a 2 year gap on my resume as I quit my job to appear for UPSC Civil Services, but unfortunately could not make it past Mains.
I want to evaluate my chances realistically. So - can someone with knowledge on ISB admissions help me with that? Please find a snapshot of my profile below for reference. I do not exactly know what ISB demands, so I'm providing the information I feel should be relevant.
Workex: 1.5 yrs
Firm: Bain Capability Network
Internship: EY investment banking
College/Course: Economics Hons from a tier 1 Delhi University north campus college
GMAT score: 690
GPA: 8.2 in college, 97% in XIIth and 10 GPA in Xth.
ECA: fairly good with wins in multiple prestigious national level competitions, a startup and multiple leadership positions
My biggest concerns are my GMAT score, and the 2 gap years.
Helpful/reassuring/informative comments are welcome.

1. GMAT score - A higher score is recommended, although a 690 GMAT is not something that is a total blocker ( you have to evaluate a reattempt against your preparation and the timing of your application).
2. Two gap years - You just need to put in an explanation in the application form. Now the point is how strong is your story and your current work exp. The gap alone is not a dampener either, there are people who are admitted inspite of the odds.
So, if you feel you have a strong case to present, go ahead and give it your best shot.

We think you can make it with a strong app. You are with a prestige employer (Bain) and your profile parameters are generally good. Make sure you can convey your goals and how they align with your experience so far. If possible, try and raise the GMAT over 700, though the current score does not put you out of contention either.
Yes, if applying this year, you will need to apply under the EEO. The EEO is an experience-based criterion (less than 2 years of experience), not age-based.
