A friend of mine is an MBBS graduate from 2022 and took an year drop after that due to personal reasons. They have one year MBBS internship work experience and 1 year professional experience. Does the MBBS internship experience count towards the Work ex criteria of 24 months for PGP?

The one year internship during the MBBS program can count as work experience, you can check more about the ISB admission process here. However since there is a drop year too, without the resume it is difficult for me to comment exactly on that right now.
Maybe, you can reach out to the ISB team at the official id for a specific response.

Generally, internship experience does not ocunt toward full-time work experience; however, the best startegy would be to check this with ISB directly.
