Hey all, anyone who applied or is applying for ISB PGP batch 2026, currently R3 going know about recommendations? What all is asked and time limit to answer them?

Dear harshi19,
Assuming your question is around what questions are asked in a LOR, please note the following:
1. ISB LOR will have ~10 MCQ and 04 (03 Mandatory + 01 Optional) Subjective question. The list of the subjective questions is mentioned below:
a. Please provide a brief description of your interaction with the applicant.
b. How does the applicant's performance compare to that of other well-qualified individuals in similar roles?
c. Describe the most important piece of constructive feedback you have given the applicant.
d. Is there anything else we should know? (Optional)
2. Note that the recommender receives the link to submit his/her recommendation within 15 min of when you submit his contact details from the application portal. Post that he/she gets time until the application deadline to submit the responses (subjective + objective)
