So folks my profile is 88/70/59 with a year of work experience in one of the leading helmet manufacturing firm where I handled international clients . With a strong gmat / free score do I have shot at a ISB PGP YL?

With a strong score you definitely have a good chance. Rest it also depends on your story and how competitive the remaining pool is and how do you fare amongst them. So far your 59 doesn't look so good, but there's still no saying that you can't try. Don't self reject yourself but do focus on how you can present a competitive profile, inspite of the downsides.

With a strong score you definitely stand a chance but a lot depends on how compelling your overall essays are and what the rest of the applicant pool looks like.
