Hello guys,
I want to apply for ISB - PGP (2027 intake)
Few details about me:
Gender: Female
10th - 94.20 % (CBSE)
12th - 79.23 % (Maharashtra State Board)
UG - 7.01 CGPA (B - Tech - Electrical & Electronics Engineering - Manipal Institute of Technology 2018-2022)
GMAT Focus Edition score: 695
Have done multiple professional certifications:
SAP Certified Associate - Implementation Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core
SAP Certified Associate - Back-End Developer - ABAP Cloud
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® - PMI
Certified Scrum Master (CSM®)
Total Work Ex: 4.5 years at the time of admission (completed 3.5 years as of now)
Post my engineering graduation I joined Deloitte USI as a Business Analyst (Sept 2022 - Sept 2025)
As an Analyst in SAP/SuccessFactors-enabled HR Strategy & Transformation practice, I partnered with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable solutions and led the development of enterprise implementations for global clients including Walmart, RNDC, Whirlpool, and Dycom.
Have received multiple "Applause" and "Spot" awards.
Then joined StarNex startup as a Founder’s Office PMO (Sept 2025 - Feb 2026)
Led project governance across business units, managing scope, milestones, KPIs, and risk mitigation frameworks. Developed detailed project plans, facilitated daily meetings, and maintained RAID logs and dashboards to ensure delivery transparency.
Currently at WrkTalk company as a Program Manager (Feb 2026 - Present) Will be completing 1 year here
Leading communication across departments, assisting in smooth delivery of product and integrations.
Extracurriculars: I listen to a lot of music, am a classical dancer and I've quite passionate about working out. I doubt this would help my profile though.
Volunteer experience in mentoring and teaching students & TATA Memorial hospital

Very decent profile. A moderate UG CGPA has been well compensated by a great GMAT score.

A GMAT Focus 695 is a strong score and comfortably competitive from a testing standpoint, so that shouldn’t be a concern.
Your spot awards and extracurriculars are good supporting elements, though they may not be strong differentiators on their own. The real lever in your case will be narrative coherence — specifically:
