12th score(science-a group)- maths=89, chemistry=65, physics=55
12th grades seem slightly modest Shivang. See if you can target 700+ on the GMAT, to compensate.

Good luck!

Hi shivang17

What do you want to do eventually, after the PGP? How does that connect with your education? Are there any gaps? Can you take some additional courses or internships to become more knowledgeable in those areas. Pursuing additional courses shows you have made some effort. But if you are able to scout for real projects or internship type opportunities, that just takes your candidacy up several notches.

See if you can also meaningfully volunteer- Do you reckon a balanced right-brain thinking?

In India, the culture of community engagement is not deeply ingrained. In contrast, Western applicants are traditionally more involved in volunteer activities. You can differentiate yourself in this area. If you identify a lack of volunteer experience, focus on active involvement in a relevant social organization to make a meaningful contribution. The quickest way to broaden and deepen your experience is by participating in short-term volunteer programs, which typically last 1 to 2 weeks. Seek opportunities where you can be a leader rather than a follower. That matters A LOT. Just as an example, rather than participating in a cleanliness drive, you mobilize a group in your locality, coordinate with municipal authorities, and set up a recurring waste segregation system that continues even after you step back. Be intentional in your engagements if you are so focused on getting an MBA from a top brand.

Should you want to have a candid discussion one to one, I am happy to guide you.

Hey everyone!

I want to pursue PGP-yl course from ISB,Hydrabad.

currently, pursuing bachelor's of engineering(honours) in electrical engineering and renewable energy from Deakin University,Geelong,Australia.right now I am in 3rd year of my bachelor's degree. Also, preparing for gmat, and I'm confident that I will easily score 675+ easily in gmat.

my bachelor's gpa would likely to be around 3.4 to 3.5.
12th score(science-a group)- maths=89, chemistry=65, physics=55

I have completed my first 3 semester from nirma university at Ahmedabad, where I had 8 sgpa in first year , then I got credit transfer to Deakin University and I admitted here in 2nd year with some credit transfer. I have participated in some event management in my previous university and have some volunteer experience in tutoring , and will do internship minimum 2 internshipsand some voluntary work before applying for isb, and would likely to have job experience in tech field for around 5-6 months, then I will return to India before my further studies.

what I should do for making my profile stronger , for isb. I need some guidance for this ,as well as should I contact to any consultant right now , my intended year for MBa is 2028.

Thanks
shivang patel
