As you are aware, CGPA is a concern so try to offset it with a GMAT FE of 705+.
The work experience is still early-stage and lacks strong brand names, so your applications should focus more on impact, leadership, initiative, and problem-solving rather than company pedigree.
For consulting positioning, the social impact + founder’s office + leadership narrative can work well if tied together properly around strategy, growth, and execution. Over the next few months, focus on building stronger professional impact, measurable achievements, and refining a very clear why consulting story for essays and interviews.
