Hi Experts,
I am interested in applying for Phd in Organizational Behaviour. I am from India (with 7 years of industry work experience, out of which 3 was post MBA (Marketing & Operations)), but was looking for any good colleges in US, Europe or Asia (provided I get tution waver with stipend).
Upon research I found that I could either take GRE or GMAT.
With the new GMAT format (I didn't really want to write an essay), I opted for GMAT and have been studying for it for the past month or so.
Now with the sudden change, I am again unsure of the better exam to take.
Quant in GMAT vs Verbal in GRE (both are making me sweat).
Any guidance/advice is highly appreciated.
P.S.: Currently on practice tests, I am scoring 310 on GRE (without any verbal prep) and 640 on GMAT (with prep). Hoping to give exam in September.

I would for the GRE
1) Already a decent score
2) Now universally accepted
3) It has the essay and the BS now is starting again to ask for the essay and the GMAT doe snot have and you need to take an extra test for 30 bucks see here the ongoing discussion

Thank you for your reply. That makes sense. Started preparing for GRE. However, sadly, the question on GMATclub seems to be better managed than prepclubforgre. So, I am having problem on finding appropriate question bank. Can I solve GMATclub questions for quant considering the basics will be the same for both? Verbal - i'll stick with prepclubforgre.
