1.|x|>|y| says modulus value of X is greater that Y. ==> X can be negative and Y can be positive in that case still Y will be greater . Insufficient
2. X/Y> 0
This statement says X and Y are same sign. but again it does not tell anything about which sign it is(i.e whether it is positive or negative) Insufficient.
Both statements together
X and Y are of same sign and X's numeric value is greater than Y but again we are not getting any data related to the sign.
So this is also insufficient
