Are the questions in the "heardest section" different from those in the tests. Want to know if I will be seeing questions again in the tests if I finish reviewing the hardest questions.

The questions categorized as the "Hardest Tests" are taken from already existing Math Sets. We've taken the hardest ones and compiled these sets. You might still find new questions there since not many people took all 25 Math GMAT Club Tests
