Hello GMATClub Fam..!! 
I am posting this note with an intention to get some guidance and clarity on some of my doubts.
I'm a 32 year old guy from India with an overall experience of 10 years, currently working in a well known Financials Services brand (Operations and Consulting arm of the business), and I come from ARTS/Humanities background (non-engneering or commerce). I've been working in the current job for about 6 years now and have grown from being at an associate to a manager. I know I can still grow by staying in this job; however I want to accelerate my career growth.
curricular activities : participated in state level sports competition in school.
Volunteer exp : engaged in STEM and Other Empowerment programs for EWS Girls.
I'm drawing a decent salary- a CTC of about 30 lakhs/PA.
My current GMAT score is not that high, ranging between 600-650 and I am thinking of applying for one year executive MBA programs.
My questions are :
1) Given my GMAT score and profile, Do I stand a chance to get into a good Business School for one year executive MBA program in India or Abroad.
2) Will one year executive MBA program help me advance in my professional career.
3) What magnitude of salary increase can be anticipated upon successful admission to a reputable business school?

I am assuming that you are interested in pursuing a full-time 1 year MBA program like the one from IIM A PGPX or ISB or similar programs abroad.
1. It looks like you're doing well in your career and have a lot of potential to advance after completing your MBA. However, your GMAT score is the main factor holding me back from recommending many good schools for you.
Your impressive achievements and career progress show your abilities, and with a higher GMAT score in the 700+ range, you would have access to a wide range of top-tier schools in India and abroad. The GMAT is an important part of the application process as it reflects your readiness for the challenging academic demands of leading MBA programs. As an applicant from a humanities background and having taken exams a long time ago, you must leverage the GMAT for convincing the admissions committees of your capabilities.
2. Yes, it will definitely help. But it's also important for you to research the kind of opportunities you want to pursue after your MBA. Showing that you've done your homework and have a well-thought-out plan having interacting with schools, alumni and industry experts will greatly increase your chances of getting accepted.
3. This requires a more detailed discussion based on your preferred location, country and industry. Feel free to reach out and have a conversation about it.
