I would like to know if there are folks with such profile out there? I am in the same boat, PhD, that is, and am applying to biz school...I would like to know what the opportunities are out there an your experiences doing the MBA.. How it helped your career etc. Please post.. Thanks

Yes, there are. I think it is most common for people from Biochemistry backgrounds to head towards an MBA. This is probably because the logic for monetizing the qualification and growth in the field supports it well. Having the reasoning relating to the PhD benefiting from the MBA would be most important.
