No. Age discrimination is illegal. Individual recruiters may have their own biases one way or another, but shouldn't impact you significantly one way or another. The one thing you'll need to show is that you'll be okay with the road-life in your mid 30's.

I know folks that started at MBB firms in their 30's. Also, in regards to you comments about "a retail division," MBB generally start everyone as a generalist and don't do any practice-specific hiring on-campus. McKinsey BTO and Ops are notable exceptions.
