Hi guys, just looking for some advice here. I just turned 31, and i currently am a senior manager for a big bank in toronto. although currently i do like what i am doing, i'm not really sure if i would be staying in this area or moving to another department down the road. basically i want to keep my options open and i feel like having a masters / mba would would help me in the long run. I'm just not sure whether an mba in finance or a masters of finance is better for me (both would be part time at Rotman). i definitely enjoy finance and am not looking to move out of finance (probably not out of the banking industry either). at the same time, my undergrad is in technical areas (majors in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science) so I feel an MBA might complement that degree and provide me with more leadership skills.
any advice would be greatly appreciated!
