There are many benefits to timing your practice, including:
I have an work experience of over 8 years in front line sales (Mumbai, India) The work ex has been primarily in Insurance and Banking. I am currently planning to take a break and pursue an executive MBA. Need your guidance on how to take this forth.
Talk to your employer. Most EMBA candidates tend to be sponsored by their employer and in many cases the school will only accept applications from candidates who have the company's blessing. So, your work location and commute distance would determine which schools you can target.
That said, I dont quite understand what you mean by taking a break. Are you planning to leave your job? In that case you should be looking at full-time programs and the choice of school would depend on the geography and industry in which you want to work post-MBA.
