Now that I’m accepted to a bschool, I start to wonder what the future holds for me post-MBA. I know I enjoy a good work/life balance. I want to have time to do outdoor sports and hang out with friends. But I always want to job that challenge me intellectually (not monotonously working long hours) and make a positive impact in the world.
I believe a post-MBA job in VC or management will fit my mentality. Can some of you share what life is like working in those fields? Or do you have some other suggestions on fields I should look into?
