I am actually preparing for the GMAT. I'd like to apply to European B-school most probably Insead, LBS or IESE.
I have a pretty good Idea of the score needed for each of these schools but I am wondering what score would be needed to break into consulting firms (management/strategic).
If you have any insight, feel free ! Thank you in advance.
We recommend that you achieve at least 700, if not 760. GMAT score is becoming increasingly important for elite firms to screen applicants given a highly competitive market.
In particular, we recommend students retake the test if a substantial score increase can be achieved and if they are looking to apply for competitive positions including those in investment banking or management consulting while their GMAT score is below 700 points.
