My choice is B.I had almost given up when I thought that it could be attempted this way.
Total ppl: N
Percentage who like A: 60/100*N
X ppl who liked A were added to N.
Therefore,total ppl=N+X
Percentage who like A now : 70/100(N+X)
Now,
(60/100*N) + X=70/100(N+X)
Solving this , we get,
X=N/3
Total ppl: N
Percentage who like A: 60/100*N
