Even numbers are divisible by two and zero too, is divisible by 2; hence it can be said even. But it is neither positive nor negative but a neutral real number.

Hi

Please can someone explaine to me the next

0 in GMAT is even/negative or just 0.

Thanks

0 is even number.
o is neutral-Not negative Nor positive.
allways remember not to divide in 0
0^0 is not defined in the Gmat, but 0/X is 0.
1^0, 2^0 etc... is 1
o^1 'o^2 etc.. is 0.
O! is 1
when considering factors allways include 0=Means that 0 is divisible by all numbers without any remainder.
Non Zero integers means positive/negative but not 0.
when x^3=x^2 allways rmember to make it x^3-x^2=0 so x=0 or x=1.
in DS (and thank's to my 40% in the excellent GMAT-TOOLKIT which includes tens of questions in which not considering o will bring lot of pain ) allways remember to consider 0 when picking numbers.
i.e is X positive? let's say you picked negative/positive No. in S1 and it's positive you must consider a situation in which x will be zero to deny suffiiency.Be aware in X^Y questions type to values when x or y are 0.
hope it helped and if i forgot something else or got something wrong, i hope others will complete/correct.

good work dimri10 !!

One question - 0^0 is not defined in the Gmat. how about 2/0, 3/0, x/0 - are they defined in GMAT?

Cheers,
Aj.
