I am in the same boat and I found the Manhattan fundamentals of math very helpful. It's a supplemental book and it literally starts with the basics. It also didn't make me feel dumb and had loads of practice questions.

from my experience PurpleMath is an excellent source, but it's quite annoying to press links in order to march from subject to subject. they have a CD with all the internet material.
