Hey guys,
I have 24+ years of mathematical struggles under my belt, and the 4 years since I have taken any formal class has not helped my knowledge.
Make a long story short, I don't trust my basics, and would like to review those before I get into any real GMAT quant studying.
Do you guys have a book or review guide to go over?

I think you first need to take a diagnostic to understand just how much you are lagging. If you see that you are uncomfortable with the very basics e.g. dealing with fractions or dividing decimals etc, you might want to check out these websites:
purplemath.com
khanacademy.org
Also, you could revisit your high school Math books since all the concepts tested on GMAT are high school level!
If you see that your basics are ok but application in GMAT questions is giving you trouble, jump on to GMAT prep material (e.g. Veritas books discuss the concept right from the beginning so if your basics are in place, you don't need to pre-prepare) instead of wasting time on things you already know.
