A certain computer has 5 identical ports to plug in accessories. If a user has 2 different accessories, and there is only one correct port to plug each accessory into, how many INCORRECT ways are there to plug in the accessories?

The first accessory can be plugged into any of the 5 ports, and the second into any of the 4 remaining. Therefore, there're 5 x 4 = 20 (= P(5,2))ways to plug in the accessories.
But since there's only one correct way, 19 are wrong.
