Whether the level of quant questions in GMAT exam is same as that of questions in Official Guide or the exam questions are of higher level ?

The GMAT is computer adaptive, which means you will end up seeing questions that roughly match your skill level. The Official Guide questions are static, so only some will be at your particular skill level.
The questions you see in the GMATPrep practice will be close in difficulty to the questions you see on test day.
