Hey there - If what you're asking is whether the set of three of the same number can be considered a set of consecutive numbers, the answer is no. There are a few ways you can see the word "consecutive" here:
Consecutive integers - integers separated by a distance of 1 unit. Examples of sets of consecutive numbers are (1, 2, 3) and (34, 35, 36).
Consecutive Odds - Odd numbers separated by a distance of 2 units. Basically this is "count by 2's" (or "by odds"). A set of consecutive odd numbers would be (1, 3, 5, 7.... etc.) or (31, 33, 35, 37... etc)
Consecutive Evens work the same way, except with even numbers.
You can do the same thing for "consecutive multiples of 5" or 10 or whatever number you'd like. But generally you'll only see the first 3 above.
