no. of women = 255 - 125 = 130
no. of employees with college degree = 255 - 135 = 120

ergo, probability that an employee selected at random would be a woman with college degree is given by

(255C130 * 255C120) / 255

= (255! / 130! * 125!) * (255! / 120! * 135!) / 255

Now solve this monstrosity yourselves :?
