According to me it should be C

condition 1 gives x can be ...,-6,-3,0,3,6,9,12,15,18,21 .....
conditon 2 gives x+3 can be odd number so x is an any even number (....-6,-4,-2,0,2,4,6....) {odd-3 = even)

from condition 1 and 2 x is even multiple of 3 so it has to be divisible by 6
(....,-6,0,6,....)

so ans C

Ok, as I went through the question, I got the values of 0 and 6 as sufficient for both conditions and then chose E.

I overlooked that 0 is divisible by 6.

C it is. I posted two more questions after this one. You guys are sharp. Thanks a lot.
